という１行を設定ファイルに書きこむだけ。設定ファイルの場所は…

Inkscape の場合
Applications/Inkscape.app/Contents/Resources/themes/Clearlooks-Quicksilver-OSX/gtk-2.0/pre_gtkrc を変更する。
アプリケーションの中なので、Finder で「パッケージの内容を表示」とかターミナルから行くとかする。

# OS X uses 11 but due to differences in font smoothing, 10 actually integrates better
gtk-font-name="Lucida Grande 10"

これの下の１行を書き換えればよろしい。

Gimp の場合
~/Library/Application Support/Gimp/gtkrc を変更する。
こちらはほぼ空なのでわかりやすいはず。
